As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP, and EPM implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Analysing Reporting Requirements: Dive deep into functional business needs to craft value-adding management information solutions.

Design and Development: Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to create integrated reporting solutions that empower users, managers, and stakeholders.

Innovative Report Design: Contribute to the design and development of reports and templates, interpreting deliverables with precision.

Insightful Reporting: Generate business reports that offer actionable insights into key data points, driving informed decision-making.

Stakeholder Communication: Engage effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, fostering credibility and collaboration.

Requirements:

Experience in analysing reporting requirements and translating them into actionable insights.

Proficiency in report design and development, particularly within Oracle Cloud environments.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Flexibility for hybrid working arrangements but role will include travel to Glasgow or Edinburgh 1-2 days per week.
