ASA looking to recruit a talented and experienced software engineer for our client based in Aberdeen.
Duration: Perm
Salary: up to £60k for the right candidate

About you:
You will be an experienced Software Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of
commercial experience
Your experience will have led you to employ best practise and sound engineering
principles. This experience will allow you to contribute to the ongoing development of
the company’s engineering practices and procedures.

You will be experienced in developing solutions in some of these technologies: c#,
MVC, Angular and SQL Server in a DevOps style environment.
You will have proven analytical and problem-solving skills and have a keen
eye for detail. Interfacing with colleagues and clients at all levels of our business will
be essential so you should feel comfortable expressing and explaining your ideas
both written and verbally. Within the team you will be given the opportunity and
flexibility to find your niche giving you the opportunity to grow your skills and
experience.

About the position:

* Development and testing of new and existing airport software.
* Troubleshooting faults in software and providing backup to engineers while
working on site.
* Participation in quoting process
* Point of contact for customers requiring software support.
* Promotion of MM Aviation’s systems to existing and potential customers.
* Awareness and compliance with company policies/practices/procedures including
QA, HSE & HR.
* Any other duties as advised by the software engineering manager.
