Consultant (Capital Review)

Description

ASA Recruitment are hiring for a Capital Review Consultant to be engaged part time for 2/3 days a week on a 4 Month Contract – Primarily WFH but with a requirement to attend the Inverness based office at least once or twice a month.

The key requirements of the role include the review of the Clients approach to managing strategic capital programmes covering:

· Financial Modelling
· Procurement
· Operational Delivery
· Commissioning
· Activities Across Services.

Additionally, you will be expected to complete a review of internal and external property and recharging and to provide recommendations on the future structure of capital whilst assisting in shaping both budget proposals and capital financing.

Candidate Experience Requirements:

Strategic Capital Delivery, Procurement, Familiarisation of Roads, Parks, Infrastructure, Schools
Public Sector Local Authority Experience

This role has been deemed Inside IR35 by the client. Applicants must hold, or be happy to apply for, a valid Basic Disclosure Scotland.
