Residential Childcare Support Worker

ASA Recruitment currently have an exciting opportunity for Residential Childcare Support Workers to promote a therapeutic environment to young people in services in and around East Dunbartonshire.

This role is perfect for someone who is looking to make a difference to young peoples lives and support them throughout their time at the service.

Within this role you will:
– Ensure that children & young peoples primary care needs are fully met
– Working in partnership with the young person, their families and other support agencies
– Contribute to the health, wellbeing, safety and security of young people and their environment
– Actively promote, participate and support young people to develop skills for life
– Work a flexible pattern of shifts over the period of a rota including sleepovers

It is essential that all Residential Childcare Support Workers have a full drivers license, free on-site parking is available.

We are looking for someone who has experience working alongside young adults and are emotionally competent of any situations that may arise.
