Driver with trailer Licence

Do you enjoy being outdoors, engaging with the public and have a “Can do” attitude to manual labour? Based within the Aberdeen area? If so, I have positions available for the right Candidate with an immediate start.
You will be working as part of a team to carry out all duties involved with dropping off team mates, street scene management, Cutting Grass
What you will be doing

· Driving environmental teams to various locations throughout the city
· General labouring tasks
· Grass Cutting
· General Cleaning
· Assisting with loading of bulky collections,
· Street sweeping
· Basic record keeping or other administrative duties as required
· Clearing of fly tipping
· Any other work as directed by Supervisor/ Chargehand

Requirements of the role:

· Must have a B+E category driving licence
· Have previous driving experience driving a Van and Trailer
· Be willing and capable to work outdoors in all weather
· Awareness of Health and Safety within a working environment
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and the public
· Good level of fitness
· Able to manage simple forms and paperwork as required

Hours of Work
Monday – Friday – 07.30-16.00
Overtime may be required to complete your daily duties
