Are you highly experienced in OD?

ASA Recruitment are working with a large public sector organisation to recruit a Senior Organisational Development Practitioner. This role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central Belt to work on a hybrid basis.

If you started in this role today you would…

• Consult with internal stakeholders to understand the people impacts of business change as well as how the talents, engagement and performance of our people can be maximised to drive organisational outcomes
• Contribute expertise in organisational design, culture and behaviour to support successful adaption to the changing demands of the external environment
• Advise, coach and mentor other practitioners within and beyond the OD function about the practical application of OD/change management tools and techniques
• Contribution of your perspective as an OD professional to influence inspiring, values-led local leadership

So, what are we looking for?

• Experience of carrying out organisational design diagnostics and implementing resultant structural change
• CIPD qualified or other relevant organisational development/design/change qualification or relevant experience
• Understanding of principles of change management and transformation planning activities
• Experience of cultural diagnostic tools and an understanding of organisational culture
