ASA Recruitment are looking to hire multiple candidates for a Junior Desktop Analyst position for one of our valued public sector clients. The role will be a temporary contract role starting immediately, but offers great opportunity for that foot in you might need.

The role is based in the Greater Glasgow and Clyde area, and some travel may be necessary from time to time.

If you started in this role today you would…

Join the Proactive and Hardware Teams to assist in the build, delivery and installation Desktop PC’S. You may be needed for the installation of single devices in individual areas, as well as facilitating bulkier projects across the department.

So, what are we looking for?

• You’ll be a great communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with others in a team.
• Access to your own transport vehicle and a full clean driver’s license.
• You will have a Degree/HND in IT or 2 years’ experience in a Desktop support role, field or call centre based or service support

It would be great to be…

• Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent certified training in Microsoft Desktop operating systems, or Microsoft applications or HP/Dell/Lexmark hardware certification
