Communications Officer

Are you an experienced Communications Officer looking for the flexibility of a short term contract with the added benefit of remote working? If the answer is yes then ASA have the role for you.

We are recruiting for a Communications Officer to work alongside our clients Communications Manager on an interim basis. Our client is based in Dundee, however this role is fully remote.

Your focus in this role would be:
· Internal communications, with responsibility for their SharePoint Intranet
· Writing and publishing internal online staff briefings and bulletins
· Helping to organise a staff event
· Assist with campaign evaluation using PowerBI

Qualifications, skills and experience required to be successful:
· Degree of equivalent in Communications, Public Relations or a related subject
· Strong experience in a communications, information, or marketing environment
· Creativity to produce effective publications and information material
· Experience of using web platforms and their content management systems e.g. SharePoint, Joomla, WordPress
· Confident in Office apps such as Stream, Sway, Planner etc
