Care Assistant

ASA are currently recruiting for reliable and experienced Care Assistants in Glasgow and surrounding areas to provide the highest quality care and support to residents within a range of care home settings. Working as a care assistant with ASA you will be a caring and attentive individual with the skills to build relationships and encourage the resident’s dignity and respect.

What we are looking for from our Care Assistants at ASA:

· Someone who is respectful of the resident’s dignity and privacy.
· Someone who is compassionate for others.
· Someone who is able to work effectively in a team and take direction.
· Someone who has the ability to build strong, trusting relationships.
Requirements:

· You have 6 months previous healthcare experience.
· You will need to be SSSC registered or commit to registering when you join.
· You can provide person-centred care to all residents including all aspects of personal care activities such as; washing, personal hygiene, dressing and assisting with meals.
· You have experience of providing a high-level of personal care.
