ASA Recruitment are working with one of the country’s largest sustainability organisations to source an experienced Circular Economy Strategist, this role is suitable for candidates based anywhere in Scotland.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Bringing a fresh eye to review priority sectors like the built environment, textiles, energy infrastructure, waste and recycling, and economy and investment strategies to plan, review, assess and present evidenced recommendations
• Acting as a trusted advisor to the Principal Transformation Lead, who is leading a team co-ordinating forward-looking work for the organisation
• Undertaking a review process to find out the current state of the organisation to create and action plan to shape its future
• Shaping a time-sensitive initiative to reflect the rapidly changing societal and operating environment in which the organisation, nation and global community finds itself

So, what are we looking for?

• Experience at a senior level of leading, innovating and embedding circular economy and/or sustainability advances
• Evidence of a strong track record of strategic thinking is essential as is technical, industry and consumer understanding
• You will be able to plan and execute a methodical approach to building an evidence base, allied with a creative and entrepreneurial approach to the identification of high impact opportunities
• You will be a mission-oriented professional with a track-record of delivering outputs at pace and to deadlines
