ASA Recruitment are looking for a highly experienced Technical Platform Owner to join Scotland’s largest public sector client, this role is suitable for candidates based in Scotland’s Central belt.

If you started in this role today you would be…

• Providing direct support to the Platform Delivery Manager and Head of Technologies & Platforms in the form of developing the operational delivery of various vital technical services
• Developing a detailed understanding of the current and future landscape for digital public services across the country
• Delivering digital solutions in areas such as Document Management, Fraud & Error, Logging Monitoring & Alerting, Identity and Verification, Payments and Telephony
• Responsible for the implementation, operations and management of a single product that is especially complex

So, what are we looking for?

• Advanced experience of technical project management
• Experience in the delivery of technical solutions, from procurement to implementation and operational delivery
• Experience of requirements capture using tools such as MoSCoW in an Agile environment
• Previous experience of working in the public sector would be advantageous
