As a Care Assistant, ASA can offer a hugely varied and dynamic experience with every day being different to the last. This is a very hands on position that is extremely rewarding with high levels of job satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:

• Aspects of personal care including washing, dressing and feeding
• Moving and Handling where required with support of correct equipment
• Assisting and encouraging residents to develop skills and knowledge to live as independently as possible
• Becoming a friendly face and companion for residents
• Communicating with other healthcare staff, residents and their families
• Accompanying residents on day trips and activities out with the home

To be considered for the position you should be:

• Friendly, professional and reliable
• Ready to get stuck in and become part of the existing team
• A strong communicator
• Eligible for a PVG Certificatre
• Registered with SSSC or be willing to register within 6 months of employment
• Available to work in Tarland

While working with ASA you will have access to support from our consultants 7 days a week. You will be paid weekly and we have competitive pay rates starting from £9.50 up to £11 per hour and paid mileage. We are flexible and can arrange work to suit your schedule.
