Facilities Coordinator

Description

ASA are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Co-ordinator for a large facilities management provider for a role based on a static site based in Kirkwall. The position is full time working 40 hours per week.

The role will involve:

• Managing the sites and facilities
• Be a point of contact for customer service enquires
• Effective leadership to the on-site team by taking responsibility for strategy, staff management, key stakeholder and business relationships, financial and project management
• Dealing with inbound calls from clients, engineering staff and sub-contractors
• Working within agreed SLAs
• Logging details of calls that feed to engineering staff on site
• Comply with health and safety procedures
• Working on a on call rota to cover the site

We are looking for someone who has:

• A qualification in engineering or building related field
• Previous experience in managing a facilities team
• Has experience of working within a fast paced customer service role
• Strong customer service skills
• Well organised with good administration and co-ordination skills
• The ability to multi task
• The ability to communicate effectively
• Is a confident PC user with accurate keyboard skills
• A proactive approach and be able to work on their own initiative and also a team player
• First aid knowledge
• the ability to complete a Disclosure Scotland report
• A drivers licence is essential to the role
