Description

We are currently recruiting for a Cook to work in an establishment in Forres.
For this role you will need the ability to prepare, produce and present the menu items for the food service to residents.

Cook requirements

* Understanding of COSHH procedures
* Understanding of HACCP procedures
* Relevant experience as a fully qualified cook
* Experience working within a large catering environment
* Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate
* Ability to cope with the pressure of a busy kitchen environment
* Ability to provide a regular and effective service
* PVG member – application can be done through ASA at a cost to yourself
* Understanding dietary and nutritional needs
* Have good customer care, communication and organisational skills
