IT Support Technician

Are you an IT Support Technician looking for a new role in East Kilbride? Are you a driven, self-starting 1st line expert, now on the market for a new opportunity? ASA recruitment are working with our client in East Kilbride to find an IT Support technician, for an exciting new permanent role.

What do we need from you?

· Working within support team as the first point of contact for IT support and service delivery
· Liaising with users at all levels via voice communications, remote access and in person on-site to resolve issues
· Assisting with the help desk requests sent via email and telephone
· Help in the implementation of IT systems, software, hardware and networking at all levels, and to aid in the development of appropriate documentation.
· General IT support issues
· Printer configuration and troubleshooting
· Updating and maintaining anti-virus packages
· Assuring asset records are kept up to date

What else would be good to have?

· Windows desktop Operating Systems (7 and above)
· Microsoft Office packages (2010 onwards)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Excellent organisational and record keeping skills
