What do your main duties/responsibilities look like with ASA:

· You will work closely with individuals and support with communication barriers
· You will deal with challenging behaviour and learn to adapt to the individual’s needs
· Assisting service users with their chosen activities and helping them to develop new activities and relationships where possible
· You will realise the importance of a smile and have a genuine passion to make a difference to enable individuals to take part in something they love
