Cleaning Operative

Description

ASA Recruitment are urgently recruiting now for cleaners in East Dunbartonshire including Bearsden, Milngavie, Kirkintilloch and Bishopbriggs to work within nurseries, primary schools and secondary schools.

Please note a PVG is a requirement for this position. If you do not hold a PVG, for a limited time only ASA can obtain this for you free of charge.

Your duties as a Cleaner:

· To ensure the cleaning within the establishment is of a consistently high standard.
· Undertaking cleaning duties including sanitation of high points (i.e door handles) and communal toilets.
· Sweeping floors, emptying general waste bins and inspection.
· Adhering to health and safety legislation at all times.

In order to be considered for one of the position, you must meet the following requirements:

· Previous cleaning experience including experience using industrial machines.
· You must be registered with Disclosure Scotland (PVG scheme) OR willing to register in order to undergo a PVG Check.
· Excellent knowledge and practice of working towards COSHH standards.
