Site Control Operative

Description

ASA Recruitment are currently working with the distribution department of one the country’s most recognisable home-grown companies for a site control operative.

In this role you will be:
· Directing arriving traffic within a busy distribution centre
· Carrying out checks on arriving vehicles to ensure safety and integrity of cargo
· Ensuring access to the site is properly maintained within company security standards

The Ideal Candidate:
· Experience of managing and directing traffic within busy 24 hour site
· Experience of conducting site access checks including I.D’s and cargo temperature checks
· First aid certificate would be helpful but not essential
