Heavy Lift Operator

Description

ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Heavy Lift Operator for their Aberdeen based client.

Purpose :

Performs the operation of loading and unloading trucks, wagons and production lines in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable procedures.

Responsibilities :

* Commit with health, safety and environmental policies and notify situations that present potential risk.
* Carry out duties in an efficient manner meeting productivity and efficiency standards.
* Complete and update all applicable records ensuring information accuracy.
* Ensure proper use of the company assets, detecting and reporting malfunction.
* Maintain a clean and tidy workplace.

Activities :

* Operate more than 11000lbs (5000kgs) forklift.
* Performs trucks, wagons or benches loading and unloading.
* Updates information on the tracking system.

Qualification :

* Must have relevant forklift ticket.
