What your role will involve:
· Assisting the residents to remain as active as possible.
· Assisting with the day-to-day difficulties such as personal care and meal times.
· Working as part of a team and independently to identify their unique goals and implementing to personal care plans.
· Engaging in their physical exercise and social activities.
