ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting a professional Receptionist / Administrator to join our city centre team. If you are self-motivated and take a pride in providing excellent customer services, where you can show initiative, organisational & communication skills and the ability to prioritise work, without the need for close supervision, then this role will be the ideal match for you.
Your main responsibilities will include:
· Meeting and greeting all ASA clients, candidates and suppliers
· Answering and directing all incoming calls
· Administering ASA Compliance Documentation
· General administrative duties and office support
· Managing and up-dating electronic data
· Producing MS Word & Excel documents to a high standard
· Managing, updating and running CRM reports
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Word and Excel and telephone systems is essential.
