Are you an administrator with finance experience?
We are seeking an Operational Assistant for an initial 12 week contract to provide a range of administrative functions in a friendly finance team in the public sector.
The role is based in Edinburgh City Centre, easily accessible by public transport, and pays a competitive hourly rate.
· Professionally deal with enquiries from internal and external customers at all levels
· General office duties, including handling mail, answering phones, photocopying and filing
· Sort information from a range of sources and record data accurately, analysing results and producing reports and statistics.
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills
· Fast and accurate keyboard skills
· Experience of either Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
· Basic understanding of core accounting principles
