Are you an experienced HR Reward Analyst?
Our client in Edinburgh is looking for an HR Reward Analyst for a 1 year fixed term contract (Mat cover) who is an expert at evaluating jobs and can hold their own in workshops gathering a plethora of information and able to develop procedures in a timely manner.
If this is you then our client needs you to:
* Assist with the development of procedures for conducting job evaluation interviews.
* Lead in planning and carrying out interviews and / or facilitating workshops with post holders for job evaluation / building job descriptions.
* Gather appropriate job information for job evaluation / job description templates to ensure they are fit for purpose.
* Highlight any areas of risk.
* Relationship building internally and externally ensuring efficient service delivery.
* Record outcomes and rationales to ensure accurate recording of information and written justification of evaluation results.
As an HR Rewards Analyst you will need:
* To be be educated to at least SCQF Level 8 (ideally possessing an HR qualification).
* Have previous HR reward experience particularly in the area of job evaluation or carrying out job analysis is preferred.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a range of audiences.
* Have demonstrable robust planning and organisational skills with the ability to identify priorities and deliver on time to agreed standards and your analytical and problem solving skills will be well honed.
* The ability to develop positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels in an environment where constructive challenge is necessary.
* Proficiency in the use of MS Office packages and relevant HR systems ideally with experience of computerised job evaluation schemes is essential.
* You will also have the ability to work on own initiative and take a pro-active approach to tasks and will be an excellent team player.
