ASA are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator in Aberdeen city centre.
This temporary role is for a duration of 4-6 weeks with a competitive hourly rate of £12.00 per hour.
Our client is a charity that provides a range of services including mediation between neighbours, daily support to people with learning disabilities and mental health issues and client finance management.
Key responsibilities of the role would include:
· Day-to-day running of the office
· Petty cash
· Managing the finances of the clients the charity supports
· Inputting timesheets and expenses into a spreadsheet
· Inputting referrals onto the company database
· Typing letters
· Taking minutes
· Ordering stationery
· Booking travel
In order to qualify as a suitable candidate for this Administrator position you would need to have demonstrable experience in line with the responsibilities outlined above and have a current ASA Recruitment PVG or be willing to join or update your existing PVG.
Reporting to the Support Services Manager this is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week with unpaid lunch breaks.
