ASA are currently looking for Care Assistants to work throughout Fife. A variety of locations are available working with our public sector partners. We can offer good rates of pay, constant work with flexible shift patterns.
ASA will also provide free training relevant to the environment you work in, paid holidays and access to our candidate shift management software.
You will be required to ensure residents remain happy, providing personal care such as washing, dressing and assisting with meal times. Encouraging residents with recreational and social activities will also be part of the role.
At ASA we want to ensure residents receive the very best standard of care whilst finding a balance between supporting the individual and promoting independence so we are looking for candidates that have the same values.
To be considered for this excellent opportunity as a Care Assistant you must have 6 months relevant healthcare experience, be a member of the PVG scheme and registered with SSSC.
You should be able to provide two reference contacts to support you healthcare experience. A SVQ 2 or other relevant qualification would be desirable.
