We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Estates Surveyor to work in our public sector client’s Commercial Land Management team. Based in Dunfermline, you will assist with the management of an extensive portfolio of rural catchment lands and properties which cover upland estates to sensitive parkland on the urban fringes along with reservoirs, houses and woodlands across Scotland.

Essential skills and experience:
· Knowledge of the Outdoor Access Code and Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015
· RICS qualified
· Team player
· Demonstrable experience of building and managing annual income and expenditure budgets
· An understanding of outstanding customer service
· Full current driving licence
