ASA are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant for our prestigious client based in Inverness. The position will be working for a market leading employer who offer fantastic progression opportunities.
As an Admin Assistant you would be required to:
· Be a point of contact for customer service enquires on the site
· Provide excellent customer service
· Complete daily administration duties
· Comply with policies and procedures
· Build excellent relationship with customers
· Handle cash
To be consider for the Admin Assistant you will need to have:
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to multi task
· An understanding of facilities management would be an advantage
· Knowledge of excel and word processing
· Complete a Disclosure Scotland check
The role is 37.5 hours per week over a 7 days rotational shift pattern. Shifts include a rotational early morning shift, day shift and evening shifts. Due to the required shifts, candidates with access to a car would be preferred.
