ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join our Glasgow team.
You will provide professional administrative support to our operational staff and be at the very heart of our leading recruitment consultancy business. It is essential that you are able to juggle many tasks effectively at one time as this is a busy role.
Your main responsibilities as a Receptionist/Administrator will include:
- Answering all incoming calls professionally and redirecting as required
- Dealing with clients and candidates when arriving for appointments etc
- Checking compliance documents are up to legal standards
- General administrative duties and office support
You will be self-motivated and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also be able to show initiative and have good organisational skills, having the ability to prioritise work without the need for close supervision.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, in particular Word, is also required.
