Transaction Service Administrator

Description

ASA Recruitment are working on behalf of a major public sector client in Aberdeen to recruit a full time temporary transaction service administrator. We are seeking a candidate with strong administration skills and previous experience in a finance role.

You will be responsible for undertaking financial transactions including:-

· Billing
· Invoicing
· Paying creditors within a large transactions team

As a transaction service administrator you will have the following essential experience:-

· Processing financial data and working in a financial environment
· Making payments to suppliers
· Processing invoices
· Dealing with suppliers of goods and services to resolve any queries re outstanding amounts / invoices raises
· Using IT packages to undertake these tasks

This role will be working in the office, doing a 37 hour week, Monday to Friday.
