Our client in Aberdeen require an experienced Team Leader to assist the Contract Manager in organising and co-ordinating property maintenance work , through to completion, to agreed timescales and quality standards. The Team Leader will supervise, motivate and engage staff to ensure the best possible service to customers and ensure the best use of resources, people, finances and assets.
Typical working hours are 8am-4pm Mon to Fri (but may vary) with an hourly rate of £14.48 per hour (PAYE) plus holiday accrual.
The minimum role requirements are:
* Trade qualification to SVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* CSCS Card
* Current full UK driving licence
Required skills and experience:
* Practical knowledge of construction industry
* Practical knowledge of Health and Safety requirements
* Ability to organise and manage a multi skilled workforce
* Meeting required work and quality management standards
The postholder needs to demonstrate the following behaviours:

* Maintains standards expected by the client

Other requirements expected of postholder:

* Undertake training as necessary for personal development as specified
* Undertake any other relevant duties as required by management
* Site Management Safety Training Scheme qualification is desirable
