What do your main duties/responsibilities look like with ASA:

You will work closely with individuals and support with limited communication and develop/understand how each person communicates.
You will deal with challenging behaviour and learn to adapt to the individuals needs.
Assisting service users with their chosen activities and helping them to develop new activities and relationships where possible.
You will realise the importance of a smile and have a genuine passion to make a difference to enable individuals to take part in something they love.
