Working hours are flexible to fit around any commitments.
Working as a Support Worker will have the below requirements:
· Assist residents to carry out their activities of living e.g. dressing
· Liaise and communicate effectively with residents and families.
· Provide a high standard of personal care and attention to each resident.
· Ensure residents enjoy a high quality of care promoting independence
To be a successful Support Worker for ASA you will need to have:
· The ability to work well in a team.
· 6 months UK care experience.
· Previous experience of moving and handling training
· Valid PVG membership
· Be kind, caring and compassionate
