Your Role:-
· Providing high quality support for our clients
· Promoting Independence where possible
· Building strong relationships between clients and families
· Assist with daily tasks including personal care, meal assistance and medication.
· Motivating and encouraging choice and participation.

Essential Requirements:-
· 6 months experience in either care or support work in the UK
· SVQ 2 or 3 desirable but not essential
· SSSC (within 6 months of working with us)
· Caring and Reliable
