Solutions Architect

Are you an experienced and motivated Solutions Architect? Are you looking to take your IT solutions and application change experience to the next level? Our Glasgow based client is looking to embark on an exciting period of digital transformation, and we need you to join their team!

What will you be doing?

· Creating high level solution designs to support business areas during the development stage of business proposals, specifically focusing on the application and integration aspects of the solution.
· Providing consultancy and advice on solution/application change and the impact of that change on an enterprise level to ensure compatibility with both the technical and business architecture.
· Undertaking design assurance on key programme and project deliverables to ensure modifications to architectures take account of relevant strategies, policies, standards and practices while ensuring that existing and planned capabilities remain compatible.

We also look for experience with…

· Developing, communicating and enforcing design principles, strategies, policies, standards and practices to ensure that appropriate standards (corporate, government, industry, national and international) are adhered to.
· Developing the content of all application architecture aspects of the organisation’s Enterprise Architecture framework (based on best industry practice), procedures, processes and tools to support the Enterprise Architecture capability and continually learn from feedback on how to improve these.
