Senior Platform Engineer

Are you an experienced and motivated Senior Platform Engineer? Are you looking to take your Managerial experience to the next level? Our Glasgow based client is looking to embark on an exciting period of digital transformation, and we need you to join their team!
What will you be doing?

· You will be someone with strong management skills, and who is driven to ensure their team delivers.
· You will build upon and grow internal relationships and drive key projects within the team

· Commvault backup solution
· Zabbix monitoring tool
· SQL
· Oracle
· Ingres database
· Apache
· tomcat, IIS
· Office 365#
· Azure
· Lotus Notes
· SAP
· Cisco firewall (firepower), Cisco UCS 5108 , Cisco nexus 93180
switches, Cisco Catalyst 9300/9500 switches
· Scripting (Powershell, Bash, Ruby, Python)
· ITIL, CCNP, MCSE, VCP and NetApp Certified
· Evidence of active risk management including cyber security.
· Excellent technical documentation, coaching and knowledge transfer skills
