Are you an experienced Network Engineer looking to take on your next challenge within the public sector?

ASA are currently seeking an experienced Senior Network Specialist to support a growing, proactive public sector healthcare client in the West of Scotland.

The Senior Network Specialist Role:

• Provide complex technical information for the client which will lead to the selection and procurement of key operational and technical solutions
• Provide specialist technical knowledge in key public sector operational areas
• Develop and maintain and new process of best practice
• Conducting diagnosis and troubleshooting of any incidents, problems and service requests.
• Undertake hardware and software install ensuring that all documented procedures are adhered to.
• To assist in major technology rollouts.

Successful candidates for the Senior Network Specialist role will need:

• Previous experience and technical knowledge of key technologies, Including: Network, telecommunication and infrastructure.
• Strong previous experience of senior user support
• Ability to work autonomously to tight deadlines
• A capacity to work with a range of different individuals and manage individuals from an array of different background and skillsets
