Skills and Responsibilities:
– Develop allocated area(s) by increasing sales to existing customers and actively seeking out new customers.
– Identify individual customer requirements and match products or services to meet those needs.
– Achieve monthly order and sales targets as agreed with the line manager.
– Ensure coverage of allocated area(s) in line with company standards, addressing both established and potential customers.
– Manage and administer allocated area(s) in adherence to the company’s policies and procedures.
– Regularly report on sales activities using the appropriate company documentation.
– Maintain accurate records of both established and prospective customers and ensure all equipment is kept in line with company policies and procedures.
– Attend sales meetings and participate in sales training courses as required.
– Continuously develop knowledge and skills through regular reading, study, and practice.
– Work on expanding the customer base for onshore clients while maintaining regular sales with existing customers.
– Maximise the amount of face-to-face selling time with the greatest number of clients by effectively managing time.
