ASA is delighted to be working alongside our Ayrshire based client to find a talented and ambitious Restaurant Manager for one of the hotels located in the very heart of Ayrshire.

With incredible surroundings and a stunning reputation, this hotel is steeped in history and is a popular wedding destination that has guests coming back time and time again.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be expected to drive standards and exceed expectation. You will be responsible for the training and development of your team to consistently raise standards and ensure that guests have the most incredible dining experience to go along with their stay at the venue. Guest and customer interaction will be expected, you will be required to confidently deal with any queries to ensure the guest is happy and the business is booming!

In this role you will be expected to:
· Be a strong leader and inspire your team to deliver a world class dining experience
· Train and develop your team to ensure staff maintain high standards of service
· Interact with guests and customers and take on board feedback to help improve the overall experience
· Have a working knowledge of management procedures and market trends

In return, our client is offering:
· A salary of up to £23,500 per annum
