You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin and will understand your commitment to your profession through the standards of practice set by the NMC.
Responsibilities include:
Providing direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing.
To carry out the distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, and management of chronic medical conditions
