ASA Recruitment is looking to grow our talented and sales driven team in Aberdeen. We are recruiting for Recruitment Consultants or Resourcing Consultants looking for their next career move.

Your role will be varied and include:
– Identifying and sourcing potential candidates for your target market utilising our CRM database, advertising and social media
– B2B sales to build and grow your client portfolio
– Managing the recruitment process from candidate interview to placement
– Identifying and matching candidates to your clients recruitment needs

To be successful in this role you will need to possess a talent developing new business as well as the desire and determination to succeed and deliver a first-class service to our clients and candidates. You will also have:
– Excellent communication skills and confidence when dealing with people over the phone
– Motivation to achieve and exceed targets

Previous recruitment experience would be an advantage but it is essential that you have the drive and ambition to develop your skills and grow your business. You must be able to demonstrate your desire to work in a sales driven environment.

This is a fast paced, exciting role where you can develop your skills within a competitive environment. It includes a highly attractive commission scheme which can increase your earnings significantly when you achieve targets.
