Are you an experienced Recruitment Manager with an interest for working in the public sector?

You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive recruitment service, advising on all aspects of recruitment and selection.

Responsibilities:

· Review and refine recruitment processes and structures
· Develop a recruitment action plan and resourcing model
· Improve the current processes for temporary staff
· Build and manage candidate pipelines
· Devise a talent management strategy

Requirements:

· Educated to degree level or equivalent
· Experience of managing recruitment processes
· Knowledge and experience of utilising technology and social media for recruitment processes
· Extensive knowledge and understanding of employment law and HR best practice in relation to resourcing and recruitment
· Able to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to work collaboratively to achieve objectives
· Knowledge of recruiting within the public sector
· Ideally you will hold a Chartered Membership of CIPD
