What your role as a Project Worker will look like:

· Supporting service users to be empowered and take control of their own lives
· Supporting service users to participate in positive activities and social events within the community
· Supporting service users to attend/make appointments
· Acting as a positive role model to the service users you support

· You will be highly motivated and have excellent communication skills
· You will strive on helping others to achieve their goals in life
· Warm and friendly to have the ability to connect with service users in a meaningful way
· You will be confident with lone working as well as working within a team
