Description

One of Scotland’s largest Public Sector body is looking to on-board a Product Coordinator to work alongside Product Owners, in an evolving programme of work.
This is a 6 month contract based in the central belt of Scotland but working from home initially.

Main duties include:
· Analyse, develop and improve master product plans including RAID logs, resource plans and progress reports
· Maintain, process and take ownership for documents that support product delivery
· Provide support to and maintain processes for Audit, Assurance or compliance related activities
· Promote the use of Programme and project management methodologies to support the implementation of best practice
· Assist in the planning, managing and reporting on all areas of delivery, resources and budgets
· Undertake Secretariat duties for meetings

Requirements:
· Experience of identifying, sourcing and analysing information to produce clear and concise written and numeric work
· Strong communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders
· Experience in supporting, and maintaining the governance for projects which are using project management methodologies including Agile and Prince 2
· Ability to work to tight deadlines
