Product Coordinator

Are you a Product Co-ordinator with an eye for detail and passion for processes? Do you have the ability to analyse and prioritise tasks and ensure deadlines are met?

ASA Recruitment are currently working with a large scale client in the public sector located in Greater Glasgow, who are looking for an experienced Product Co-ordinator to join their team in their latest project.

The Product Co-ordinator role:

• Analyse, develop and enhance master product plans, Risks – Assumptions – Issues – Dependencies (RAID) logs, resource plans and a variety of progress reports.
• Maintain, process & control documents that support product deliverables including plans, RAID logs, Agile backlog tracking & development tests etc.
• Support the Programme Office to manage and report on plans, project deliveries, resources and budgets across the Programme.
• Provide basic admin duties: record agendas and papers, analyse and report outcomes.

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Ability to manage time and ensure that project/process deadlines are met.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to build good professional relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in supporting, and maintaining governance for projects which are using project methodologies such as Agile and Prince2.
• Comprehensive experience of identifying, sourcing and analysing information to produce concise, well-structured and accurate written and numeric work.
