Are you an experienced Personal Assistant looking for a new role in the public sector? Do you have impeccable organisational skills and enjoy working in a busy environment?

ASA are currently working alongside a well-known public sector body located in Glasgow City Centre who are looking to recruit a knowledgeable Personal Assistant to assist their executive team.

Personal Assistant main duties:

  • Office diary management and ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Accurately recording minutes from meetings, performing office duties that include ordering supplies.
  • Dealing with incoming emails and correspondence whilst also providing general administrative support.
  • Making travel arrangements, handling confidential information, coordinating events and supporting the executive team.

Personal Assistant requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a PA in an executive level is preferred.
  • In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite.
  • Ability to organise a daily workload by prioritising.
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
