Part Time Chef

ASA Recruitment are looking for dedicated and passionate Part Time Chefs for great part time roles in Renfrewshire. We are looking for chefs who love to cook and experience working in care environments.

We have exciting opportunities for capable, skilled Chefs for roles in care homes, children’s units and other similar services. Roles are based in various locations in Renfrewshire including Paisley, Renfrew and Erskine.

You’ll be doing:

· Creating delicious meals which are suitable for special diets, e.g. liquid, diabetic, low sodium etc.
· Preparing and cooking balanced and nutritious meals following varied menus.
· Maintaining high standards of kitchen cleanliness, recording food temperatures and upholding excellent standards in quality and hygiene.

Chef Requirements:

· An excellent working knowledge of Food Standards including safe food temperatures and food storage procedures.
· A minimum of 6 months experience working as a Chef or Cook in the UK.
· Must have up to date Food Hygiene and Allergen Awareness certificates.
· Must have or be willing to undergo a PVG check.
