Are you an experienced Organisation and Workforce Development (OD) Advisor looking for temporary position with an immediate start? Then we have the role for you!

Your new role

You will provide a positive and constructive approach to the challenges faced within the development and organisation of Client Personnel.

The OD Advisor will be responsible for:

• Support OD improvement projects as well as Learning & Development activities
• Responsible for induction of staff
• Project responsibility for targeted learning needs analysis assessments
• Review, evaluate and report on L&D activity outcomes
• Deliver on projects and strategies covering a broad range of personnel issues

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience designing, commission, delivering and evaluating learning and development activities
• Experience of support and design of appraisal process
• An excellent ability for workload planning and prioritisation
• Ability to produce performance reports and contributing to the development of performance metrics
• Excellent communicator and influencer and an ability to translate plans into action
• CIPD qualified with commitment to own CIPD
