Job Title: Mobile Catering Supervisor
Location: Fife and surrounding areas, including Glenrothes, Kirkcaldy, Leven, Cupar, Dunfermline, Lochgelly.
Pay Rate: £13 per hour (Weekdays), £16 per hour (Weekends)
Employer: ASA Recruitment (on behalf of local authorities)
Contract Type: Temporary.

Job Description:
ASA Recruitment is currently seeking a Mobile Catering Supervisor to work across various locations for local authorities within the Fife area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong catering background to join a supportive and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and support catering teams across multiple sites within Fife.
· Ensure the preparation and service of meals meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
· Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure the efficient operation of catering services.
· Comply with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
· Maintain records and paperwork related to daily catering operations.
· Assist in menu planning and contribute to the continuous improvement of catering services.
· Understanding dietary and nutritional needs.
Essential Requirements:
· Catering Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role within a catering environment.
· Qualifications: SVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent catering qualifications are essential.
· PVG Membership: A valid PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) check is required for this position.
· Driver’s Licence: Ability to travel across various locations in Fife.
