As Meetings and Events Operations Manager, your job will be to help the team achieve their goals and deliver on world class service time and time again. A firm understanding of current market trends and knowledge of the competition and merchandising are essential in order to succeed in this rewarding permanent role.

Our client is offering:
· A salary of up to £30,000 per annum

Key requirements of a Meetings and Events Operations Manager:
· Conducting weekly inspections of food and beverage areas to ensure highest standards are maintained
· Regular monitoring of sales and departmental costs
· Utilise leadership skills to maximise productivity and performance
· Develop, implement and evaluate the hotels marketing and business plan
· Ensure the hotels food and beverage operations are competitive in the marketplace
· Continuously monitor food and beverage service and maintain quality
· Analyse financial reports relating to food and beverage and if required, take corrective action and follow up
