HR Systems and MI Strategic Partner

Are you experienced in maintaining product journey maps and developing and managing backlogs with excellent knowledge of people systems and processes?

ASA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Systems and Management Information Strategic Partner for an award winning public sector organisation in Edinburgh on a two year, fixed term contract.

You will be a product owner of the people systems and responsible for overseeing the alignment of the organisation’s vision and goals to HR information systems’ development.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain product journey maps
· Implement a range of system support process
· Contribute to and develop data security and ensure GDPR is adhere to
· Manage the risks of HR Information Systems and ensure an effective outcome
· Provide strategic, specialist and technical advice to Senior Management
· Manage third party contracts and system providers working closely with the procurement department
· Work with Trade Unions and contribute to a proactive, effective and appropriate partnership

Essential Criteria:

· Chartered member of CIPD
· Excellent communication skills including report-writing, data-interpretation and verbal reasoning
· Skilled in developing and maintaining strong, credible working relationships
· Possess an excellent analytical, focused and innovative problem solving mind-set
· An in-depth system management knowledge
· Experienced in shaping and developing management information
